Hormel No Bean Chili, for example, has 19 grams of carbs per serving. That’s a lot of carbs! AND this is a delicious chili recipe that cuts the cabs down to around 6 net carbs per serving. (Those carbs are coming from the tomatoes, onions and peppers.)

Anyhow, now that I follow a Gluten-free diet, I had to recreate this recipe and I wanted to make it with my Instant Pot.
Lay hot dogs flat on the bottom of a 7 x 9 casserole dish. Cover with chili. (you should have enough to reserve a bit for those that are eating regular hot dogs and want chili.) Spread 1 cup of cheese over chili and top with remaining onion.
