Ingredients list for the Honey Mustard Pork Chops and Potatoes Skillet 4 pork chops, boneless 1 lb (450g) baby yellow potatoes, quartered and rinsed 2 tablespoons butter, divided 2 tablespoons oil, divided 1/4 cup honey 1/3 cup whole grain mustard 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Salt and fresh cracked pepper Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
The honey and mustard are mixed together with the milk and cream then bubbled gently for 2 minutes whilst the pork rests. The sauce is thickened with a little cornstarch before you add the pork back into the skillet.
Roast potatoes on a baking sheet for 15 minutes – gently toss at 8 minutes so they don’t stick to the pan. Meanwhile season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Then mix the honey, mustard and garlic in a small bowl and baste ½ of the mixture on the top of the pork chops.
Add in your dijon mustard and heavy cream and then cook, stirring often, until the sauce has reduced and thickened to your liking. This should take about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add your pork chops back to the pan, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Boom. Dinner is done!
