2. Make fried rice. Heat olive oil and butter in non-stick sautee pan or wok. Add rice (I spread the hot rice out on a plate and it was cool in 3 minutes) and stir to coat. Add: soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, red pepper flakes (if using) and garlic.Cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is crispy in places.
3. In a separate sautee pan or wok, heat 2 TBSP olive oil. Add marinated chicken and marinade to pan and begin to cook, being sure to sear all 4 sides.
4. When chicken has been seared, add in whatever veggies you like/have on hand and add kosher salt. Stir veggies to coat with salt and juices, then cover pan to begin to steam.
