3. Gradually add turkey stock and white wine, stirring until smooth. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a simmer and thickens, about 4-6 minutes. Add in milk and stir for 1 more minute.
4. Remove from heat; stir in peas, lemon juice, and turkey. Pour filling into a 9-inch x 13-inch dish.

Slowly stir in milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in spinach, rice, turkey and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
2. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, in a 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake about 10 minutes more or until heated through. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
