1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or spray lightly with cooking spray.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and use your hands or a spoon mix everything together. Scoop the mixture into 25- 30 small meatballs, and place them on a baking sheet ½ inch apart.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Leftover meatballs will store well in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
