1. FOR EACH FLAVOR: Microwave the cabbage for 3 minutes. In the meantime add olive oil to a skillet and add the ground beef. Sprinkle seasoning if using and then add the cooked cabbage. Saute for a minute more and your done!
2. FOR THE ASIAN FLAVORED: Mix the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and Swerve sweetner together and add to the pan when you add the cooked cabbge.
3. FOR THE ITALIAN FLAVORED: Add the tomatoes and seasonings while browning the meat. Add the parmesan cheese at the very end. Either mix together or sprinkle on top.
4. FOR THE MEXICAN FLAVORED: Add the taco seasoning when browning the meat. Top with cheddar cheese at the end.
