How To Make A Jello Brain for a Mold. Spray the clean brain mold with cooking spray. Mix the Jell-O with boiling water. Add some cold water. Add some evaporated milk (fat free). Add food coloring. Pour into brain mold (set mold in a bowl to keep it from tipping). Chill for at least 2 hours.
Place brain mold in a dish with sides, such as an 8x8-inch dish or a pie pan, to stabilize it and return to the refrigerator. Refrigerate jello brain mold until firm, between 4 and 24 hours. Run a knife around the edges of the mold to loosen. Invert the brain mold onto a plate and serve. Enjoy!
