1. Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and a pinch of salt, cook until starting to soften, about 3 or 4 minutes. Add garlic, cook and stir about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add ground pork and stir and brown, breaking up with a wooden spoon until no longer pink, about 5 minutes or so.
4. Toss in all of the chopped cabbage and a sprinkle of salt. Cook and stir until combined and then stir frequently until cabbage is crisp tender, about 8 minutes or so.
