2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while the blender or food processor is on until you achieve a smooth sauce. Use more olive oil, as needed, to achieve this consistency. Set aside.
3. Season the swordfish steaks liberally with salt and pepper. Place each swordfish steak on a piece of foil that is large enough to fold over it like a package. Brush each swordfish steak with the dill pesto then wrap with the foil.
4. Heat a grill on medium and then place the swordfish packets on top. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish is firm to the touch.
