1. In a large ziploc or plastic food storage bag, combine the marinade ingredients (soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, and pepper) by squeezing the bag contents.

3. Remove the marinated pork chops from the refrigerator and allow them to warm to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Use the olive oil to brush onto your grill once heated.
4. Transfer the marinated pork chops to your oiled and heated grill, discard the remaining marinade. Cook the pork chops over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the meat reaches your desired level of doneness. *145 degrees F (63 degrees C) for medium rare, and 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) for medium, as read by a digital meat thermometer.
