In our recipe, ground meat is cooked with onions, olives and flavorful GOYA® Sofrito, a wonderful cooking base that comes ready to use, made with tomatoes, peppers and spices. Cut chicken in cubes. Marinate chicken for at least an hour in sofrito, wine, garlic and seasonings. (I try to marinate over night). Over low-med heat cook chicken. Add in olives and whatever else you may like. Serve over black beans and rice (if you like).
Simply season the chicken with GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, sauté until golden brown in a little oil along with flavorful vegetables. Once fragrant, add the rice and mix together with the bold flavor of GOYA® Tomato Sauce.
Just sauté the chicken, onion, bell peppers and garlic in a skillet. Then add water and delicious and convenient GOYA® Yellow Rice; and once the rice is tender, add flavorful GOYA® Manzanilla Spanish Olives with Pimientos, peas and red peppers.
