2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined. Next add the basil, oregano, sun dried tomatoes, and olives, and stir.
3. Next, carefully pour the olive oil mixture over the plate of goat cheese. Use a spoon to make sure the olives and tomatoes are evenly dispersed on the plate. Next, store in the fridge and let the mixture set for several hours to allow the flavors to mingle. Set out for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the olive oil and goat cheese to reach room temperature.
