Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and funfetti chocolate chips in a mixing bowl until the batter is well blended. Scoop about 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of the dough and roll into the palm of your hands to form balls. Place onto the baking sheet, making sure to leave room in between each cookie.
Ingredients 1 box Funfetti cake mix , or white cake mix ( you will need to add your own sprinkles to the batter) 2 TBSP . sprinkles , optional 1/3 cup canola oil 2 eggs Sprinkles , Nonpareils or Jimmies for rolling or sprinkling, optional
You don’t even have to add extra sprinkles to the cookies…the sprinkles in the batter stand out all on their own too! I used Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix but you could even use their white or chocolate cake mix and just add sprinkles to the batter.
1/2 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Spring Vanilla Flavored Frosting HEAT oven to 375°F. Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in large bowl. Stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in flour.
