2. Now, wash the bitter gourd slices under running water. Squeeze the excess water from the pieces and keep aside in a bowl.
3. Heat oil in a medium-sized pan. Add the bitter-gourd pieces, salt and saute for 1-2 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid and stir occasionally.
4. Cook till the bitter-gourd is crisp and brownish in colour. Add chilli powder, cumin powder and mix well.
