2. While pasta is boiling, heat a large saute pan over medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes, stirring constantly to keep garlic from burning. After a minutes, add wine, salt, garlic powder, and pepper, and saute for two minutes, until the wine has mostly reduced.
3. Stir in pasta sauce, mussels, and calamari. Cover and allow to cook 3-4 minutes.
4. Add shrimp and scallops, cooking another 2-3 minutes, until shrimp is opaque and mussels have opened. Remove from heat.
