3. Add chicken and stir until coated with marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours. Drain chicken well, discarding marinade.
4. In a wide, thick-bottomed pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes on each side or until nicely browned on the outside and thermometer inserted in the center reads 165 F.
