Excellent recipe.! Tastes just like potato salad, but is a great way to sneak in the veggies (especially for kids). Don’t steam the cauliflower for more than 5 mins or it will become mushy. And I shocked it in ice cold water after steaming and drained. I mixed the other ingredient in a separate bowl, then added to the cauliflower.
