2. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, green onion, parsley, mint, tomatoes, and radish.
3. To make the dressing, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined. Or, add all ingredients in a ball jar and shake vigorously (my preferred method)
4. Dress the salad with the dressing and toss. Add the pita chips and toss again.

4. Add the fried pita bread to the salad immediately before serving and gently toss again.
