WEBI did my own recipe of a light ale which I based on English Mild. If memory serves, a 5G batch consisted of 2.8kg Maris Otter and 200g Crystal 60, mashed at around 70 degrees Celcius. I used Fuggle hops to get to around 20 IBU. Pitched S-04 yeast. I *think* it fermented out to 2.8% ABV, and it was fantastic.
