Servings: 16Cuisine: AmericanCategory: Low Carb Elderberry Syrup1. Add all of the ingredients to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Blend with an immersion blender (or transfer to a blender) until mostly smooth.
4. Strain through a fine strainer into a clean bowl and then pour through a funnel into a clean glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to one month or freeze for up to 3 months.

3. Pour syrup through strainer into a glass bowl, discard remaining elderberries. Add honey or monk fruit sweetener and stir well
4. Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to three months. Mason jars work great.
