4. Using photo as a guide, pipe about 2 teaspoons cookie icing onto cookie to look like a “pool” of melted snow; sprinkle with about 1/8 teaspoon decorating sugar. Immediately add peanut butter cup half (cut-side down) or gumdrop hat, chocolate candy eyes, gumdrop nose and pretzel arms. Let stand until set, about 1 hour.
