From Easy Air Fryer Pork Chops and Creamy Basil Skillet Pork Chops, to Baked Ranch Pork Chops and Balsamic Mustard Pork Chops, there are plenty of low-carb pork recipes to choose from here. And chances are, if you're having a hard time finding chicken in the grocery store these days, you can still come across pork chops and pork loin.
If you want your pork ribs to have a little spice, sprinkle some paprika and red pepper flakes on them. There are lots of ways to cook pork ribs. My favorite way is to use the slow cooker because it makes the meat so tender. When I use regular ribs, the meat just falls off the bone. But, this time around, I wanted to try baking some boneless ribs.
Note: There is a meat side and a bone side to the riblet. Place the BONE SIDE down in the hot oil (the meat side will be facing up) and let it cook until it looks like the meat is starting to separate from the bone. You will only turn the riblet once.
My favorite way to serve boneless baked pork ribs is as the main course. You can serve the meat with any low carb vegetable. Broccoli and green beans are my family's favorites. But, adding some cheesy zucchini gratin will make an extra special meal. I also love to cut these up and top them over a salad.
