1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and add the onion. Cook for 2 minutes until softened.
2. Add the garlic and ginger paste and chilli flakes and stir.
3. Add the beef mince and use a wooden spoon to break it apart. Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes, until browned, stirring regularly.
4. Whilst that is cooking, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, chilli sauce, honey and rice vinegar.
