4. Spoon 1/4 cup sauce over each of the pieces of chicken and place 1 ounce of the sliced Fresh Mozzarella cheese on top. Cover the pan with a piece of foil or a lid and cook for 1-2 minutes on low until the cheese melts. Serve, or place under the broiler for a few minutes to brown the cheese.
