HOW TO MAKE THESE LOW CARB STEAK FAJITAS Start off by making the homemade fajita seasoning. It’s a blend of chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Combine the olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, mustard and fajita seasonings for the steak marinade.
Slice flank steak into 1/2″ thick pieces. Slice peppers and onions into 1/2″ thick pieces and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, add garlic, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
