How to make Easy cilantro lime rice : In a medium size pot, combine 3 cups of rice with 6 cups water. Bring to a boil. Once you have a boil, reduce heat and cover. Cook the rice for 15 minutes or 20 minutes until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Add garlic salt and chopped cilantro. Squeeze the lime over rice. Stir.
