Cook each piece for 3-4 minutes per side or until the crust is golden (the chicken may stick a little so I gently/slowly lift it up using tongs). Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
4. Add the chicken broth and lemon juice + zest to the pan and simmer it for a couple of minutes, scraping up the brown bits.
