Saute them for 1 minute, do not brown the garlic.Step11Now add chopped onions. Cook till they are soft and translucent or light pink. Again do not brown the onions, just soften them.Step12Now add ketchup, soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar.Step13Now add corn flour mixture. Mix and let it simmer for 2 minutes or till you get nice thick of sauce. Make sure it is not watery.Step14Now add salt and pepper to taste. You can add red chilli flakes too. Mix well.Step15Now add fried manchurian balls.     1. First blanch the cauliflower florets with enough salt, drain off the water and cool down the florets.
    2. In a mixing bowl add cauliflower florets, 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, salt as needed, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
    3. Add water little by little and mix everthing together until the florets are coated well in the batter. Let it rest for 15-20 mins.
    4. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 200°C and line a baking tray. Place the prepared cauliflower florets on the baking tray.
