Take a wok and add butter, let it melt. Add garlic and fry for a minute. Add onions and fry for 2 minutes. Next add Paneer and fry till Paneer turns golden Add black pepper, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato paste/ketchup. ( I used salsa instead of tomato paste).
