You may find yourself making orange liqueur by the gallon once you see how useful it is. Combine zest, dried orange peels, brandy, and vodka in a small sealable container. Seal and shake. Let steep for 19 days at room temperature. On day 20, add the cloves, then seal and shake. Let steep for an additional day.
How To Make Low Carb Coffee Liqueur. 1 1 cup water. 2 1 cup powdered erythritol. 3 1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons instant espresso granules. 4 1 cup vodka. 5 2 Tablespoons pure vanilla extract.
This Orange Liqueur takes a total of about 11 weeks aging, but it's so worth it. Easy to make, time does all the work. Pour the vodka into a clean jar with a tight fitting lid. Wash the oranges and slice them into 4 to 6 pieces and submerge them in the vodka. Store in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks, shaking it once a day.
Store in the fridge or on your bar (it is shelf stable) and use it in place of triple sec or other orange liqueurs. Allulose is the sweetener I recommend for this recipe.
