Add in the cooked Moong Dal and the required salt.Step3Mix well and allow it to cook till the wheat rava is completely cooked and then switch off the flame.Step4Now add in the 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan once its hot add in the mustard seeds, Cumin seeds and Pepper corns.Step5Next add in the Cashew nuts, crushed ginger piece, Green Chilli and Curry leaves. Fry in a low flame until a nice aroma and then pour this over the cooked Wheat Rava Ven Pongal . Mix well.
