2. Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a 9 1/2 inch pie pan.
3. Crack eggs into a large mixing bowl and beat. Whisk into egg mixture half and half, dill, salt and pepper. Stir in feta crumbles and spinach mixture. Pour into prepared pie pan and bake for 50-65 mins or until center of quiche is no longer jiggly and an inserted knife comes out clean.
4. Serve either warm or chilled.
