3. Turn the dough out onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it out to be approximately 1/4-inch thick. Using a 2-inch round cookie cutter, cut cookies out and place them onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Gather remaining dough and re-roll and cut until all the dough is used up.
4. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. Remove them from the oven and let them cool completely.
