4. Scoop dough onto a parchment lined baking tray using a cookie scoop. Flatten with the back of a spoon. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before glazing.

4. Using a cookie scooper scoop out 18-20 equal sized cookies onto the baking sheets. Slightly flatten them out (as seen in our recipe video).

4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture while continuously beating. Your finished batter should look like this.
