1. ایک پتیلی میں پانی ،جو اور گندم ڈال کر ابال آنے دیں،ہلکی آنچ پر 30منٹ کے لئے پکائیں،اب اس میں بیکنگ سوڈا ڈالیں اور ڈھکن ڈھک کر ایک گھنٹے کے لئے پکائیں ،تھوڑا ٹھنڈا ہونے پر اسے بلینڈر میں ڈال کر اچھی طرح بلینڈ کر لیں۔
2. ایک اور پتیلی میں تیل،ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اور بون لیس چکن ڈال کر رنگت تبدیل ہونے تک پکائیں۔پھر اس میں سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر،دھنیا پاؤڈر،ہلدی،ہری مرچ،نمک اور دہی شامل کریں اور چکن گلنے تک پکائیں۔
3. اس کے بعد اس میں فرائی پیاز ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں،اس کے بعد چکن کے ریشے کرکے سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں،پھر اس میں بلینڈ کیا ہوا جو اور گندم اور چکن کیوبز ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
4. اب اس میں نمک اور ابلا ہوا پانی ڈال کر دوبارہ سے بلینڈ کریں۔

1. In a bowl add kabab chini, shahi jeera, green cardamom, cinnamon sticks, peppercorns, cloves, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, moong dal, urad dal, masoor dal, chana dal, almonds, oats, broken wheat, mix this all together put it into the blender and make a powder.
2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add ginger garlic paste, saute it and add chicken pieces, add chicken stock or water, mix it well.
3. In this add fried onions, rose petals, curd, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, salt and add prepared powder, mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook for 2 whistles on a high flame and reduce the flame and cook it for 40 minutes in a slow flame.
4. Then take a potato masher and mash it into a paste, add ghee, mix it and switch off the flame and add lime juice, mix it well.
