Everyone will love this ravioli lasagna bake. Heat oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray. In a large skillet, set oven medium heat, brown the ground chuck and Italian sausage. With a slotted spoon, transfer the meat to a paper towel-lined plate and discard the rendered fat.
(Here is the order in which to layer the ingredients, bottom of the dish to the top: Sauce – ravioli – sauce – mozzarella – Parmesan – ravioli – sauce – mozzarella – Parmesan.) Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until the lasagna is bubbly and the cheese is golden.
In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the Parmesan, egg, torn basil and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Lightly mist a medium rectangular or oval baking dish (about 9-by-11-inch) with nonstick cooking spray. Lay half the ravioli in the bottom of the dish (the ravioli will be layered on top of each other).
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees while the sauce is simmering. In a greased 9x13 pan, add ¼ of the ravioli and top with ⅓ of the sauce, ⅓ cup ricotta cheese, ¼ cup provolone cheese, and ¼ cup mozzarella cheese.
