DirectionsStep1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and set out a baking sheet.Step2In a mixing bowl, add the flour, yogurt, garlic salt and Italian seasonings and mix until combined.Step3Form into a ball of dough.Step4Lay a piece of parchment paper out on the countertop (it should be the size of the baking sheet you set out).Step5Place the dough in the center of the parchment paper. Top the dough with a little flour and a second piece of parchment paper.Step6Use a rolling pin to roll it out into a large rectangle. It will be about 1/4 inch thick.Step7Move the dough to the baking sheet, and remove the top layer of parchment paper.Step8To a medium bowl combine the garlic, Colby jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.Step9Top the dough with the cheese mixture spreading it out in an even layer.Step10Add to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, when the crust is golden and the cheese is golden brown and bubbling it’s done.Step11Remove the cheesy bread from the oven and slice into 18 slices.
