1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Place cheese in circles on a non-stick baking sheet (a silicone baking mat works wonderfully here), approximately 4" in diameter. This recipe should make 4-6 tostadas, depending on the size
3. Place in oven for 8-12 minutes. You want it to get crispy in the center, but not so much so that the edges begin to burn.
4. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
