2. Break up the stroopwafel minis into 4 pieces each (or 1 large into 6 pieces). Add to other ingredients.
3. Seal the blender lid. Blend ingredients on medium-high speed until smooth.
4. Pour into a glass. Add whipped cream and stroopwafel cookies to the top. Or add a slit wafer to the edge of the glass. Serve with a straw and ENJOY!
