Cut about 12 slices down each side of the filling mixture, then starting at the top, criss cross the pieces over each other. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet, cover and allow to rise for about an hour.
4. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until browned. Drizzle warm braids with powdered sugar glaze and serve.
