3. Mientras la cebolla y demás ingredientes se cocinan, vamos quitar las cascara de los guineos y partirlos en pequeños trozos. Los ponemos en recipiente los suficientemente grande para que la mezcla sea fácil. Por últimos mezclaremos los guineos con el escabeche y lo sazonamos con sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo al gusto.
