1. Preheat oven to 275°.
2. Place ham in a roasting pan, cut side down. Cover tightly with foil or place in a baking bag.
3. Bake ham in oven at 275° 12-15 minutes per pound, depending on the size of your ham. (Approximately 2 hours)
4. In a small sauce pan combine brown sugar, honey, orange juice, pineapple juice and dijon. Whisk well and simmer on low 8-10 minutes, stirring often until it reduces down and thickens into a glaze.

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place ham in a roasting pan lined with foil or roasting pan liner (see tips above). Set aside.
2. In a small saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, butter, brown mustard, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and paprika. Heat over medium-low heat until sugar is just dissolved (you do not need to bring it to a boil).
3. Baste ham with about 1/3 of the honey mixture. Be sure to get in between all the slices.
4. Cover and bake at 200-degrees for 5 hours, basting a second time halfway through using half of the remaining honey mixture.

1. Place the oven rack to the bottom position. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Place a roasting rack in the bottom of a roasting pan. 4. In a small saucepan, add the remaining apple juice, honey, grainy mustard, dijon, brown sugar, vinegar, and ground cloves. Whisk the ingredients together and bring it to a simmer until smooth, whisking constantly for about 3-5 minutes. Brush half the glaze all over the ham.
