This came from an old Bisquick cookbook and was called Velvet Crumb Cake. I was afraid someone might think that it's a crumb cake with a crumb topping, so I've renamed it. After hearing how some Carbquik recipes turn out dry, I added an extra 2 tablespoons of butter.
Bisquick was handy but it is not keto friendly, I would also say that if you look at the ingredients its not very friendly from those on the Standard American Diet (SAD), but again, its quick and convenient Sarah did some research and came across this Low Carb Bisquick recipe from Maria Emmerich over on her blog KETOadapted.
