Keep the heat on low and let bhindi do pyaza cook until it turns soft and tender. This process will take about 15 minutes on medium heat. Ensure to keep stirring the bhindi do pyaza a few times in between so it gets cooked evenly and towards the end you will notice the onions have slightly caramelised as well.
