2. Remove the damp cloth and knead for a couple of minutes again. You'll find that the dough is quite pliable now. Divide into equal pieces and make balls out of the dough.
3. Roll out the balls into oblong shaped discs, either with your hands or with a rolling pin.
4. Heat oil in a karahi (wok). Slide in a disc gently into the oil and wait a couple of seconds. Then, press on it with the back of a slotted spoon. The disc will puff up and rise to the surface. Turn over and let it fry for a few seconds before removing it from the oil onto some absorbent kitchen paper. Repeat with the rest of the discs.
