1. Prepare your grill and preheat to medium heat or 350 degrees. Clean and oil the cooking grate to prevent the pork tenderloins from sticking.
2. To make the glaze, mix the preserves, balsamic vinegar, and allspice in a small bowl. Measure out 1/4 cup which you will use to baste the pork while it is cooking and reserve the rest to go into the dark cherry sauce.
3. Season the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper and brush the glaze on liberally.
4. Place the tenderloins on the grill, cover and cook for about 20-25 minutes turning every 6 minutes or so and brushing them with the reserved glaze mixture. The tenderloins are done when a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the pork registers 145 degrees. Transfer the pork to a platter, cover with foil and let rest for 8-10 minutes.
