Seekh kebabs can be made with any ground meat – chicken, goat, lamb, or beef. You have to finely mince the meat in a food processor, combine it with all of the spices and then wrap the meat onto skewers.
Lay the keto beef kabobs on to a small baking sheet (see photo in post) and balance them so they are not touching the bottom of the baking sheet. I made the kababs as stated substituting ground beef for lamb and minced chilies instead of green chile paste. I allowed the mixture to marinate overnight (the longer the better), brushed the patties with olive oil, and grilled them on my George Foreman grill.
Since it's a lot easier to simply shape the kababs by hand, divide the meat into four and make four long sausage shapes (or Pokémon shape or whatever you want). Place the kababs in your airfryer and cook at 370F for 10 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer to ensure that the kababs have an internal temperature of 145F.
