The biggest hurdle to making low carb stuffing is finding bread that is low enough in carbs to still make this a keto stuffing. But don’t let that stop you! There are plenty of options. There are many brands making low-carb bread these days. You can find it at most large grocery stores.
If you find there is too much stuffing for your turkey, place the excess in a suitable baking dish and bake along side the turkey for about 1 hour. You can pour a little chicken/ turkey broth over your stuffing if you do this. To keep it soft, cover it with aluminium foil while it is cooking.
We recommend using our low carb cornbread as the bread in this recipe, but any low carb bread is fine to use. Make sure the bread you use has at least a day to dry out. Too much moisture in freshly-baked bread can lead to a soggy stuffing.
