3. Remove the jam from the heat and let it cool completely. Once it has cooled, transfer to a glass jar or container and refrigerate it.
4. Add frozen raspberries, sweetener, and water into small saucepan.
5. Bring raspberry mixture to a boil then reduce heat to simmer.
6. Stir in chia seeds and simmer for about 15 minutes or until thickened.
7. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
