Add the sour cream mixture to the skillet and stir in with the mushrooms and onions. Gradually add in the beef stock and continue to stir until fully combined. Turn heat down to medium-low and simmer for approx 5 minutes.
    4. Add in the steak slices and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper and season to desired taste. Meanwhile, add pasta to pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Drain and set aside. Once stroganoff sauce is done simmering, remove from heat and serve over pasta. Enjoy!
